About the role:

At Aspire, we pride ourselves on building an amazing team. As a SEO specialist, you will play a central role in shaping and executing Aspire’s growth strategy. With a key focus on SEO and SEM you will also be exposed to other performance marketing functions with the concrete opportunity to expand the scope.

What will you be doing? 

Responsibilities are but not limited to:

  • Develop a centralized content creation strategy focusing on driving qualified traffic to Aspire based on keyword research with acquisition goals
  • Strategize, develop and launch relevant online engagement tools and initiatives to reach out to the target audience
  • Monitor, analyse, and evaluate keywords, set strategies, and increase keywords ranking list
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure alignment to SEO best practices
  • Keep updated on both white and black hat SEO strategies to stay within search engine guidelines

What will you need? 

  • Previous tech or startup experience
  • Proven 2-4 years of SEM, SEO, social or digital media marketing experience
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO and SEM
  • In-depth experience with website optimization and analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, Google Search
  • Console, SEMRush, Instagram Insights and Facebook Ads Manager)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Knowledge of SEM, PPC Channels, performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition is a plus
  • Passionate for the internet and start-up industry
  • Ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives from end-to-end of defining the vision and strategy, to driving and executing a plan
  • Outstanding ability to think creatively, strategically, and identify and resolve problems
  • Analytical, with strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to operate with flexibility in a fast-paced, constantly evolving and collaborative environment
