JOB DESCRIPTION

ROLE:  CASE MANAGER

SFA FINTECH CERTIFICATION

  • Process and review applications for FinTech Certification and provide recommendations to approve or reject the applications.  Applications include new applications, renewals and appeals.
  • Arrange for meetings with applicants to view demonstrations of technology solutions and follow up for documents to facilitate the application process.
  • Arrange for issue of new Fintech Certificates for successful new applicants and renewals as well as notices for unsuccessful applicants.
  • Answer email queries relating to Fintech Certification.
  • Administrative support including update of Fintech Certification databases, schedule of Approval Committee meetings and preparation of reports.

MAS-SFA-AMTD FINTECH SOLIDARITY GRANT

  • Process and review applications for Grants and provide recommendations to approve or reject the applications. 
  • Arrange for meetings with applicants for due diligence and follow up for documents to facilitate the application process.
  • Arrange for issue of Grant letter of Offer for successful new applicants and notices to  unsuccessful applicants.
  • Arrange for disbursement and issue of Disbursement letter.
  • Answer email queries relating to Grant.
  • Administrative support including update of Grant databases and schedule of Approval Committee meetings and preparation of reports.

ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT

General administrative support as and when required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Diploma/Bachelor degree, preferably Business or IT
  • Meticulous and efficient
  • Team player
