UIUX Designer (FinTech) - spvw

We are searching for a Senior UIUX Designer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the design and development of impactful software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Define and plan user research to effectively inform the design and development of products & services.
• Develop user-centric digital products and services that meet the needs of our core users.
• Collaborate with UX Designers to translate research insights into high-quality design deliverables (e.g. collaborative sketching, prototyping, user stories).
• Describe product or system capabilities and requirements that support user's goals and tasks, and how successful interactions look like.
• Conduct usability testing: Plan, execute, and analyze usability tests to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.
• Test and refine the product through evaluative research, ensuring that the design enables your users to meet their goals and complete their tasks.
• Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives and technical feasibility.

Job Requirements:

• Singaporean only.
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to handle Mandarin-speaking clients
• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Visual Designer or UIUX Designer.
• Prior experience in designing websites and mobile apps.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe, and/or similar.
• Strong stakeholder management and Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in FinTech-related projects / User Dashboard will be an added advantage.
