Job Description

The Global Finance & Technology Network (GFTN) is a not-for-profit organisation established by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) in 2024 to harness technology and foster innovation for more efficient, resilient, and inclusive financial ecosystems through global partnerships. GFTN organises convening forums, offers advisory services on innovation ecosystems, provides access to transformative digital platforms, and invest in technology startups with the potential for growth and positive social impact through its venture fund.

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Content Manager to join our team and drive the content strategy for our forums. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation in financial services and possess a strong understanding of emerging technologies and industry trends.


Why you’re important:

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to our success by:

  • Engaging with public and private sector leaders, industry experts, and thought leaders to understand the pulse of the industry
  • Conducting in-depth research on content topics such as AI, Quantum, Digital Assets and ESG
  • Leading the development of the annual content strategy for each forum
  • Curating the content programme agendas and session narratives for each forum
  • Providing on-site support during events to ensure the seamless execution of content-related activities
  • Coordinating with event production teams to deliver high-quality programming that exceeds attendee expectations
  • Working on speaker identification and acquisition (including c-suite)
  • Writing commercially attractive and industry accurate copy
  • Driving content marketing and speaker campaigns
  • Supporting the development of an expert/speaker database


Who you are:

  • You are a talented researcher with no less than 5 years of research experience, ideally in the FinTech sector
  • You have exceptional analytical skills and the ability to quickly learn about new topics
  • You have strong written, verbal, and organisational skills
  • You have the unique experience curating content that would attract the attention of various internal and external stakeholders that would contribute to the success of our products
  • You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders


Good to have:

  • You have experience crafting thought-provoking articles, blogs, or whitepapers on FinTech topics, demonstrating the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner. A track record of contributing to industry publications or online platforms is desirable
  • You have proficiency in public speaking and moderation, with experience in presenting at industry conferences, moderating panel discussions, or leading workshops
