Job Description

Overview:
KKday is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Partnership Assistant Manager to join our Singapore team. The role will focus on establishing and managing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions such as banks. This position will be instrumental in driving growth through exclusive bank deals, campaigns, and joint marketing initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Partnership Development & Relationship Management

  • Bank Deals: Establish and manage partnerships with banks, focusing on exclusive offers, promotions, and collaborative campaigns that drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Strategic Alliances: Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with key stakeholders, including fintech companies, payment gateways, and other relevant partners.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and mutually beneficial outcomes.

2. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Joint Marketing Initiatives: Plan and execute joint marketing campaigns with banking partners, ensuring alignment with KKday’s overall marketing objectives.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on the performance of partnership campaigns, optimizing them for better results and increased ROI.
  • Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and sales, to ensure seamless execution of partnership campaigns.

3. Market Research & Strategy

  • Opportunity Identification: Conduct market research to identify new partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activity in partnership deals, particularly in the financial sector, to ensure KKday’s competitive positioning.
  • Trends Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, especially within the banking and financial services sectors, to leverage potential partnership growth opportunities.

4. Reporting & Analysis

  • Partnership Reporting: Provide regular reports on the status and performance of partnerships, including analysis of deal outcomes and recommendations for improvements.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Use data and insights to influence the development of partnership strategies and measure the impact of campaigns.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or account management, preferably with experience in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong understanding of bank promotions, partnership marketing, and joint campaign execution.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with external partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to drive successful partnerships.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is a plus.
