Job Description:

➤Providing oversea travel insurance supports with customers
➤Communication with medical organizations
➤Data entering on internal systems
➤Making insurance claims
➤Management of insurance claims documents
➤Other ad-hoc and related duties when required
➤Internal expense claims management

Job Requirements:

➤Basic PC skill is required
➤At least 2-3years of experience of administrative work
➤No need of experience in related industry
➤Advanced level of English to communicate with local coworkers, medical organizations, and some local customers
➤Business level of Japanese to communicate with clients calling from Japan
➤Attentive and willing to do office works
➤Cooperative with other members and hospitality for customer supports
