About the job:
We are seeking a young and dynamic Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative real estate analytics products. As a key member of our product team, you will be working closely with internal stakeholders across departments to manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and ensuring that our products meet the evolving needs of real estate professionals and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and maintain existing product features
- Translate customer requirements into detailed product specifications to enhance product features
- Build a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overall strategy of the company.
- Ensure timely execution of product development plans, managing resources, timelines, and risks.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (developers, sales, marketing and operations) to ensure successful product launches and ongoing support.
- Monitor product performance and user adoption to ensure alignment with company goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in product management, preferably within real estate, fintech, or analytics-driven industries.
- Strong understanding of real estate market dynamics, valuation models, and data analytics tools would be a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage product development from ideation to execution.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
