Beep is a Singapore-headquartered IoT platform provider, with an established track record powering over 35 million transactions across more than 3000 touch-points for customers in 5 countries in South-East Asia, including nationwide initiatives with the Singapore government.
Voltality is Beep’s eMobility arm, focused on providing a borderless, interoperable charging experience. After successfully launching Southeast Asia's largest EV roaming network in Singapore (https://www.straitstimes.com/singapore/transport/local-firm-launches-service-to-locate-and-pay-for-ev-charging-across-11-different-networks), Voltality is now scaling up its operations into Malaysia and Thailand, with contracts already signed with key market leaders across both consumer and commercial segments.
Backed by a variety of established venture, strategic and institutional funds with a strong focus on South-East Asia, this expansion aims to further enhance regional connectivity, offering seamless integration with various charging systems and broadening the network's reach. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in constructing a highly scalable platform for revolutionary new solutions that power the future of electric mobility and unattended retail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for partners and clients.
- Lead discussions on API implementation details ensuring seamless and efficient integration.
- Design and create clear, comprehensive diagrams to visualize, track and coordinate development and processes.
- Work closely with the technical team to transform requirements into actionable tasks and solutions.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify, analyze, and benchmark other solutions available in the market.
- Provide recommendations based on findings to influence product roadmap and prioritize feature development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and engineering, to ensure alignment in product offerings and strategies.
- Be involved in the testing phase for product implementations, ensuring that products meet the highest quality assurance standards.
- Collaborate with the QA team to identify potential issues and ensure they are addressed before product release.
- Facilitate feedback loops with partners and clients, ensuring their input is integrated into continuous improvement efforts.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience with software product management or equivalent role.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into practical, user-centered product features.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage competing priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to make sound decisions based on both data analysis and customer feedback.
- Ability to manage collaboration and communication with other teams, both internal and external, both technical and non-technical.
