You Will
- Develop a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy for the YouTrip Remittance product by identifying key product messaging, and leverage relevant marketing channels to increase market share and drive customer acquisition.
- Take ownership of the product’s P&L, including revenue generation, cost management, and profitability analysis.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation in the remittance market.
- Ensure competitive pricing for key remittance corridors by conducting pricing analysis, and optimising product offerings to enhance customer value and market competitiveness.
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with the right channels to scale the business effectively.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as product management, marketing, data and finance to align strategies and prioritise initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and insights to senior management on the progress of the product’s growth.
- Take on ad-hoc tasks as required by the business
You Are
- Experienced Business Leader — You have at least 5 years of experience leading the P&L, strategy and execution of a complex and high growth product/solution.
- Passionate Fintech Enthusiast — You have proven experience in the fintech industry, ideally in remittance or payments. In addition, having a strong understanding and knowledge of the remittance space in Singapore is a good bonus!
- Strong Project Manager — You possess excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage complex projects involving multiple work streams and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive Self Starter — You have a successful track record in startup environments and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Data-Driven Mindset — You have strong analytical skills and is comfortable driving business decisions based on data
- Excellent and Transparent Communicator —You possess strong negotiation and communication skills, and is able to effectively work across various departments
