Presales / Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and understand client requirements, challenges, and business objectives.

Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations tailored to the specific needs of prospective customers.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical support during the sales process, including answering questions and addressing concerns related to product capabilities.

Solution Design: Assist in designing custom solutions that align with client requirements and business goals.

Proposal Development: Contribute to the development of proposals, including technical documentation and solution architecture.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor products, and market dynamics to provide valuable insights to the sales team.

Training and Support: Collaborate with the training team to ensure clients are well-informed about product features and best practices.

Requirements:

- Degree holder or above major in computer science, engineering, mathematics or related fields.

- Solid domain knowledge and business analysis experience in Wealth Management Solution / FinTech Solution: ie, Credit Analysis; Client On-Boarding; Order Management and etc.

- More than 5 years working experiences on technical analyst, specialist or consultant role.

- Experience in Solution Consultant will be an advantage.

- Excellent communication skills, able to articulate and drive discussion across business functions and stakeholders.

- Excellent problem solving and user support skills.

- Strong customer focus and commitment to delivery.
