About the Role

iCapital’s business is growing rapidly, successful candidates will join in our efforts to help iCapital clients in APAC to access alternative investments. iCapital is looking for a talented Assistant Vice President - Enterprise Integration Technical Manager to join the Enterprise Integration team in Singapore. The position will report to the Enterprise Integration APAC lead. The role encompasses supporting the technical operational needs of all platform offerings as well as supporting and identifying the development of custom features for new partners including providing support to design unique platform workflows.  The ideal candidate has a penchant for knowledge, a hunger for growth and learning, and will embrace a collaborative, fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 

Responsibilities

  • Learn and support all interfaces on the iCapital platform; develop in-depth understanding of the platform and proactively identify issues and areas for improvement 
  • Lead operational configurations on the platform to achieve clients business outcomes/Target Operating Model
  • Work with senior team members to scope, prepare and manage detailed and technical implementation tasks and responsibility lists for timely and successful platform launches.
  • Participate and/or manage application systems setup, maintenance, implementation, upgrade, testing, go-live, support and resolution
  • Drive quality control through the building and execution of test cases
  • Provide maintenance and support of the platform. Activities include delivery of enhancements and bug fixes, managing of service requests and troubleshooting of problems.
  • Manage, coordinate and control implementation project related documents under responsibility to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Lead efforts to implement and troubleshoot integration connections between clients, vendors, and iCapital.
  • Support data integrations with clients and vendors across the alternative investment ecosystem
  • Work diligently with senior management to engage new opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Academic and/or professional qualification: B.Sc in computer or related fields
  • 5+ years of work experience in business integration, project implementation management
  • Experience with technical platform integration in the Financial Services industry (analyzing system workflows and business process flows)
  • Project management certification is a plus
  • Excellent writing skills and ability to produce detailed project documentation to drive successful development
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, and proven ability to communicate effectively across both internal and client stakeholders
  • Experience of working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs
  • History of teamwork, willingness to roll up one’s sleeves and get the job done, and a desire to work in a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment

  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English, other languages a plus
