UI/UX DESIGNER

About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in designing seamless and engaging user interfaces for our bond trading platform and financial tools. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create an intuitive and visually appealing user experience that empowers our customers to make informed decisions in the bond market.

Key responsibilities:

• User Research: Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Gather insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to communicate design concepts and user flows effectively. Iterate designs based on feedback and usability testing results.
• UI Design: Design clean, user-friendly, and visually compelling interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and provide a seamless experience for both novice and experienced users in the bond market.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, marketing) to ensure the design vision is implemented accurately and efficiently.
• Usability Testing & Iteration: Conduct usability testing to identify design issues, gather feedback, and continuously improve the user experience.
• Design Systems: Develop and maintain a consistent design system and UI components library to ensure cohesive and scalable design solutions across all products.
• Data Visualization: Work with the team to design intuitive data visualizations for complex financial information, making it accessible and actionable for users.

What are we looking for?

The successful candidate should have the following skills and experience:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the fintech or finance industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with an emphasis on data-driven design and financial products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and/or similar tools.
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
• Experience with prototyping and usability testing to validate design decisions.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development is a plus.
• Familiarity with financial markets, particularly bond trading, is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
