The Senior Director/Vice President of Client Growth is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth by expanding and retaining MatchMove's client base across geographies. This role will be focused on developing and executing strategies to maximize client lifetime value, identify new growth opportunities, and ensure exceptional client satisfaction. Reporting to the President and CCO, the employee will collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Strategic Client Growth & Service Support & Operational Excellence:
- Develop and implement comprehensive client growth strategies aligned with MatchMove's overall business objectives.
- Identify and pursue opportunities to expand existing client relationships and drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new product adoption.
- Manage, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients across geographies, acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
- Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring high client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement client success programs to drive adoption and maximize client value.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new client segments and growth opportunities.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Closely monitor adoption rates of assigned customers, providing regular and prompt insights to them.
- Work closely with the Solution Architects, Program, Project, and Customer Implementation Teams to facilitate a seamless Customer Onboarding Process, ensure a smooth ‘go live’, and proactively address any post-go live issues.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to achieve operational excellence in customer service.
- Provide suggestions and solutions based on customer feedback as the gateway between the customers and our internal team.
- Be the champion of client growth. Manage overall client relationships to ensure high customer retention and satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with sales, product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and drive client growth initiatives.
- Provide client feedback and insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Work closely with our internal teams and our existing solution partners (e.g. Mastercard) to ensure that MatchMove's solutions meet evolving client needs.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze client data and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and present regular reports on client growth, retention, and satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM and other data analytics tools to track and measure client performance.
- Develop and maintain client forecasting.
Requirements
- Experience working in a fintech, payments or remittance company
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in client growth, account management, or sales leadership, preferably in the fintech or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving ambitious client growth targets for all existing clients.
- Strong understanding of the embedded finance landscape and digital payment solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with international clients.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the fintech industry.
- Experience with APIs, BaaS, and platform-based solutions.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage recurring responsibilities effectively.
