Responsibilities

· Reporting to Digital Platform Owner, assist business units to achieve KPIs by provide end-to-end digital platform solutions.

o Able to communicate to stakeholders for existing process and design digital “to-be” processes on workflow chart drawing tools

o Understand and analyse business requirements from business units and supporting units (e.g. operations).

o Understand and design system workflows

o Communicate solutions to stakeholders and fine tune solutions

o Simplifying information and translating technical jargon/diagrams to easily understood information for business and operations stakeholders.

· Support digital platform owner on digital product development cycle and release management.

o Design and plan solution development phases with Agile approach

o Manage product release cycles by coordinating with various development teams

o Review testing plan and support the execution with Technology Quality Assurance (QA) team

o Manage release schedule, communication to customers and strategies internally and externally

· Organise and lead business requirement discussions and drive conclusions.

o Drive internal and external “to-do” list and support product release schedule

o Record detailed meeting notes and follow up action points.

o Manage team tasks via workflow management tool used by the company


Qualifications and Skills

· Relevant University Degree in reputable institutions with 3-5 Year working experience in Singapore, preferably a licensed financial institution.

· Hands on experience in tech product / project management cycle. Experience in the Agile development environment will be an advantage.

· Good understanding of financial products (credit cards a plus).

· Able to present and communicate ideas to stakeholders.

· Must be organised and possess creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in change management and process re-engineering is a plus

· Mandarin speaking preferred to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
