UX/UI Designer

As a UX/UI Designer, you will be an integral part of our innovative team, playing a key role in shaping user experiences and research methodologies for our cutting-edge financial technology solutions. UX/UI Designer Job Scope and Responsibilities

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and business goals, translating them into intuitive and compelling user experiences.

· Conduct user research activities, including usability testing, interviews, and surveys, to gather insights that inform design decisions.

· Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups that effectively communicate your design vision and enhance the overall user experience.

· Work closely with developers to ensure the feasibility of your designs and contribute to the iterative development process.

· Advocate for user-centered design principles, ensuring that user feedback is integrated into the design and development lifecycle.

· Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and FinTech.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Proven experience in UX/UI design for financial applications or related domains.

· Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.

· Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and your process from concept to execution.

· Understanding of the financial industry and the specific challenges and opportunities.

· Experience with user research methodologies, including usability testing, user interviews, and persona development.
