Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Executive to join our growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of daily operations and providing comprehensive business coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily operational and administrative tasks to facilitate efficient processing of payment transactions and related business activities.
  • Monitor and reconcile payment settlements; promptly identify and report discrepancies for resolution.
  • Liaise with various internal teams (finance, customer service, IT) to address operational matters and support a seamless workflow.
  • Prepare, update, and manage operational reports, dashboards, and documentation—including transaction records and settlement summaries.
  • Support the onboarding and training of new staff or clients; maintain and update process and compliance documentation.
  • Provide timely operational assistance to merchants and end-users, handling routine payment-related inquiries.
  • Ensure all records and reporting comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Track, log, and follow up on operational incidents until resolutions are achieved.
  • Participate in process reviews, suggesting improvements to streamline operations and strengthen controls.
  • Assist with any other ad hoc administrative and operational tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in operations, finance, payments, or a related field is advantageous, but not mandatory.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin (written and spoken) is a must – to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and to handle relevant documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, strong organisational abilities, and a capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data tracking.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach, and effective problem-solving capabilities.
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team, with minimal supervision.
  • Prior experience or knowledge of payment systems, electronic payments, or fintech industry operations is a strong plus.
  • Flexibility to occasionally work beyond regular office hours if required by business needs.

Personal Attributes:

  • Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
  • Ability to perform accurately under pressure and with high transaction volumes.
  • Customer-focused, with excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
