Human Resources Intern (3 months/generalist/recruitment/kent ridge)

We are looking for students in Singapore to commit to a 3-month internship for an inhouse HR/generalist/recruitment role, in our boutique recruitment agency.

[Job Responsibilities]

1) Assist management in internal human resources duties, not limited to internal recruitment, training, administrative matters

2) Assist with internal hiring process from preparing job descriptions, scheduling interviews, screening candidate profiles and more

3) Assist in organising and identifying potential resources to train and develop internal employees

4) Independently complete data collection and research on designated industries and topics, including recruitment market trends;

5) Collect and organize resumes to grow our talent database.

[Job requirements]

1) Current undergraduate students in any major, are welcomed;

2) Good communication and listening skills, diligent, strong learning ability, proactiveness, willing to accept challenges and able to withstand pressure;

3) Internship experience in related human resources industry or consulting industry is preferred, but not necessary
