What You’ll Do:

📊 Develop Market Strategy – Analyze crypto industry trends, competitors, and user behavior to craft powerful brand and growth strategies.
🚀 Expand & Manage Channels – Build and optimize marketing channels, including social media, KOL partnerships, affiliate programs, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and community growth to drive user acquisition and retention.
🎯 Boost Brand Presence – Plan and create compelling content marketing campaigns—from articles and videos to viral social media promotions—that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
🎉 Launch Marketing Campaigns – Design and execute trading competitions, airdrop events, loyalty programs, and promotional campaigns to increase user activity.
📈 Analyze & Optimize – Track performance data, optimize marketing strategies, and maximize ROI for acquisition and retention.
🤝 Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with product, operations, BD, and tech teams to align marketing efforts and enhance the user experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ 3+ years of marketing, brand growth, or user acquisition experience, preferably in crypto, fintech, blockchain, or tech startups.
✔️ Deep understanding of the crypto trading market and experience with social media marketing, SEO, KOL partnerships, and community engagement.
✔️ Data-driven mindset – Skilled in analyzing market trends and refining marketing strategies for better acquisition and retention.
✔️ Strong content & campaign planning skills – Ability to create and execute high-impact marketing initiativesindependently.
✔️ Excellent project management & cross-functional collaboration – Ability to drive multi-team execution efficiently.
✔️ Fluency in English preferred – Experience in global market expansion is a plus.
