Job Description

Job objective:

To serve as a strategic HR Business Partner by aligning human resource practices with organizational goals. This role ensures effective workforce management, HR processes, and employee engagement aligned with best practices. The position also plays a pivotal role in regional HR strategy, talent management, and organizational development. The objective is to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that supports business growth, enhances workforce capabilities, and maintains adherence to local labor regulations and industry standards.


Key Responsibilities:


HR Operations & Compliance

  • Serve as the primary HRBP for Singapore & Bangladesh operations, ensuring seamless workforce planning, employee relations, and HR initiatives tailored to the needs of the two countries.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and offboarding.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align HR strategies with business objectives and drive operational excellence.
  • Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle payroll processing with vendors, benefits administration, and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.).
  • Support the team in general and ad hoc tasks

HR Business Partnering & Employee Engagement

  • Work closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with company goals.
  • Provide guidance on talent development, workforce planning, and succession planning.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and high-performance culture.

Talent Management & Performance

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, working with hiring managers to attract top fintech talent.
  • Oversee performance review cycles, compensation planning, and career development programs.
  • Support training and upskilling initiatives tailored to fintech industry needs.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline,
  • At least 2-3 years of regional HR business partnering experience with a minimum of 5 years of overall HR experience in MNC environment.
  • Familiarity with HR compliance standards, safety regulations, and relevant labor laws.
  • Proficiency in SAP, payroll systems, and performance management tools.
  • Effectively bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates.
  • Ability to start work within short notice is highly advantageous.
