OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE

We are a fintech startup using artificial intelligence to manage investment risks so that everyone can invest globally in a safe and personalized way. We are looking for individuals with hunger and passion to grow with us as we grow in Singapore and expand into Malaysia to enable smart investing with AI and machine learning for anyone, anywhere and anytime.

Role

You will support our team to meet operational service standards in our day-to-day business.

Responsibilities

· Ensure smooth business operations.

· Troubleshoot issues that may arise.

· Liaise with our tech, investment and client services teams, as well as partners / vendors to resolve issues.

· Prepare and analyse reports for growing the business.

· Support and execute marketing initiatives to acquire new clients and grow our assets under management (AUM).

Requirements

· Good verbal & writing skills.

· Positive, communicative and creative problem solver.

· Familiar with operations in wealth management, asset management, insurance or financial advisory services.
