Job Description

Responsibilities

🎯 User Acquisition & Growth

  • Develop and execute acquisition strategies to attract gamers, youth, and lifestyle audiences.
  • Launch and manage targeted marketing and referral campaigns with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with community managers, influencers, and gaming partners to amplify reach.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and user behavior to optimize onboarding and conversion.

🤝 Partnerships & Ecosystem Development

  • Identify and negotiate partnerships that add value to the card — including game publishers, esports platforms, F&B outlets, lifestyle brands, and more.
  • Build co-marketing initiatives and reward programs with partners.
  • Own the partner relationship lifecycle from outreach to performance tracking.

💳 Card Benefit Program

  • Design and oversee the benefit ecosystem — from discounts and cashback to exclusive in-game perks.
  • Keep a pulse on trends in youth culture and gaming to ensure offerings stay relevant and engaging.
  • Work cross-functionally to implement and roll out benefits seamlessly.

📈 Strategy & Execution

  • Set clear KPIs and growth goals, and report on performance with data-backed insights.
  • Coordinate closely with product, marketing, tech, and compliance teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Continuously iterate based on feedback, data, and market trends.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in user acquisition, partnerships, business development, or growth roles—preferably in fintech, digital payments, loyalty programs, or gaming.
  • Deep understanding of youth and gaming culture, digital communities, and what drives engagement.
  • Track record of launching successful campaigns and partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven, resourceful, and thrives in fast-moving environments.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience launching or managing a card product or loyalty/rewards platform.
  • A network within the gaming, esports, youth lifestyle, or fintech ecosystem.
  • Startup or cross-functional project experience.
