Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Commercial Lead – Singapore to drive growth through new client acquisition, both for enterprise and SMB segments.

This is a key leadership role responsible for complete ownership of Revenue Targets for New client acquisition, Leading a high-performing team, Managing relationship with Key Resellers / POS Partners, and executing new GTM strategies to accelerate customer acquisition.


The role reports to the Vice President - Sales & Account Management, and sits at the heart of TabSquare’s growth ambitions for Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver new logo acquisition sales targets for Singapore, covering both Enterprise and SMB merchant segments.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Business Development Managers & SDRs to consistently achieve individual and collective sales goals.
  • This role carries an individual contributor sales target, closing high-value deals while enabling your team to do the same.
  • Build and execute sales strategy and go-to-market plans to drive revenue growth, market penetration, and brand visibility.
  • Drive partner management efforts to grow the commercial ecosystem and uncover new acquisition channels, by working closely with existing re-sellers & POS partners.
  • Continuously analyze sales funnel performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to boost conversion efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales and business development experience, with a minimum of 4–5 years selling solutions or SaaS products to enterprise clients in Singapore.
  • Proven track record of leading teams and driving individual and team sales success in a high-growth environment.
  • Experience selling to the F&B sector is highly preferred; experience in B2B tech or hospitality software is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Deep understanding of the Singapore market, customer buying behavior, and competitive landscape.
  • A highly motivated self-starter with a client-centric approach to solution-selling and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability and team development skills, with experience managing diverse sales teams.
