ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure that the design and implementation of the system architecture align with the company's needs.
  • Provide support for IT infrastructure, including servers, virtual machines, and network.
  • Drive IT infrastructure projects such as cloud deployment, BCP, and support and maintenance for multi-site environments.
  • Manage IT projects, including PC equipment upgrades, network design and implementation, IT security, and end-user support.
  • Provide technical guidance to team members located in other locations.
  • Perform ad hoc projects assigned by management.
  • Handle system and network performance tuning.
  • Manage and coordinate all outside support vendors.
  • Install and maintain operating environments for different office locations.
  • Manage and maintain the network for multiple sites.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to any IT support-related problems.
  • Document all reported malfunctions and the actions taken in response.
  • Occasionally participate in a weekend support roster for infrastructure changes.

QUALIFICATIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:

  • Degree or higher qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience or more.
  • Experience in supporting MS Azure, M365, OneDrive and SharePoint.
  • Certifications in MS, AWS, Linux, or network-related areas are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with ITIL, SOC2, ISAE3402 audit processes is also advantageous.
