Credit Analyst

What will you be doing?

• Review business loan applications, evaluate credit rating and prepare loan recommendations to ascertain and mitigate credit risk.
• Analyse company documents, including credit reports and other financial information to assign credit ratings based on internal scoring models.
• Manage credit exposure and monitor portfolio performance to optimise for business growth and profitability.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance teams to establish efficient credit underwriting processes and workflows by keeping up with industry best practices.
• Regularly review and enhance the credit assessment framework and credit policy.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit risk management, preferably in Fintech or Banking industry.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment methodologies, credit scoring models, and underwriting principles.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret large and complex data sets.
