VP Sales (Lending platforms/Digital Banking) - Perm

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our client's regional growth across key markets in Asia. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with deep expertise in lending platforms, banking technology, and B2B enterprise solutions. You will drive revenue, scale high-performing teams, and shape the commercial success of our fintech offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with business growth targets
Oversee sales performance across multiple markets and verticals
Drive enterprise client acquisition, including banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
Lead high-value deal structuring, negotiations, and contract finalization
- Team Leadership & Development Directly manage regional managers and Regional Sales Leads
Set and monitor KPIs, sales goals, and performance metrics
Support hiring, onboarding, and enablement of new sales talent
Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and pipeline reviews
- Operational ExcellenceEnsure pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and improved win rates
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, GTM, Customer Success, Legal, and Tech Build scalable sales processes and maintain CRM discipline
Required experience/skills:
- Proven success in scaling B2B enterprise sales, particularly in lending systems, core banking, or digital banking platforms
- Strong leadership experience managing regional or multi-country sales teams
- Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and deep understanding of fintech ecosystems
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Comfortable in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a hands-on approach
- Open to work in a fast growing small to mid-scale B2B banking solutions business
