We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team in supporting our in-house wealth advisory team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving the growth of our advisory team and client base, and identifying new opportunities for growth. You will work closely with our advisers to deliver wealth management solutions, ensuring that our clients' financial goals are met effectively and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities by actively prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategies that drive growth.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective lead generation, recruitment and improving service offerings for end clients.
- Work closely with the wealth advisory team to understand client needs, deliver tailored solutions, and ensure the seamless execution of wealth management strategies.
- Plan, organize, develop and implement business and marketing strategies to achieve business goals and targets.
- Attend and assist to queries from wealth advisers
- Willing to undertake ad-hoc functions, projects and other business-related duties as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field will be an advantage.
- Experience in business development, sales, or relationship management in the wealth management or financial services industry
- Good understanding of financial products, investment strategies, and wealth management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Goal-oriented, proactive, and self-driven with a passion for achieving targets and delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Have a strong sense of ownership, collaborative and value teamwork
