Job Summary
As a Sales Manager at InRemit, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth, acquiring new partners, and expanding our customer base. You will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our mission of financial inclusion through innovative remittance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new customers and partners.
✅ Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard financial institutions, fintech partners, and high-volume remittance senders.
✅ Business Development: Expand partnerships with money transfer operators, banks, and payment providers.
✅ Revenue Growth: Drive sales targets and revenue generation through effective deal structuring.
✅ Market Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs.
✅ Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to enhance customer retention.
✅ Sales Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements
🎓 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
💼 Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or fintech, preferably in remittance, payments, or banking.
🛠 Skills: Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
📈 Industry Knowledge: Understanding of cross-border payments, compliance, and fintech ecosystems.
🌍 Language: Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus).
