ENGINEERING ASISTANT (MAINTENANCE)

We’re looking to add an Engineering Assistant, Maintenance in Singapore. The position is based in our HQ at Ang Mo Kio.

As an Engineering Assistant, Maintenance you will:

Carry out general maintenance and line set-up as assigned and instructed. Attend to machine/equipment error notification & resolve it for better line efficiency. Ensure all the maintenance work carried out comply with safety/industry standard.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot, repair and maintenance of machine/equipment/tool/jig.
• Provide production line support.
• Assist in evaluations and data collection.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance as per schedule
• Perform machine set-up for production.
• Must be able to support other shift / area when required by superior.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Company.

AUTHORITY

• Repair & maintain machine/equipment/tool/jig
• Stop & report any unauthorized/improper usage of machine/equipment that may cause damages to it.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic or Mechanical Engineering.
• 1- 2 years of experience in SMT manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Good team player.
• Able to work independently to support production schedules.
