Job Description

As an Associate Product Strategy – Lending and Enterprise AI , you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Lending and Enterprise AI solutions. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth research on Lending solutions and AI : Competitor products, market trends, and technological advancements. Your insights will drive product development, innovation strategies, and overall product roadmap. This role requires a deep understanding of AI, lending processes – Corporate and Retail, and financial services, coupled with a passion for driving innovation through data-driven insights.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Competitive Analysis:
    • Conduct in-depth research on competitor products, platforms, and innovations in the lending space and AI
    • Benchmark competitors on key metrics such as features, pricing, market penetration, AI capabilities, and regulatory compliance.
    • Analyze competitors' go-to-market strategies, customer base, and partnerships to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
    • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and fintech related to corporate lending.
    • Market Intelligence:
    • Track and report on emerging trends and technologies in enterprise AI, corporate credit risk assessment, and loan origination.
    • Identify new entrants and disruptive technologies that could impact the competitive landscape.
    • Synthesize industry reports, regulatory updates, and technological advancements to support strategic decision-making.
  • Product Insights and Recommendations:
    • Translate competitive research into actionable insights for product management, engineering, and leadership teams.
    • Recommend strategic product improvements, feature developments, or pivots based on competitor positioning.
    • Assist in the development of competitive differentiators to enhance the company’s AI and lending offerings.
  • Collaboration and Reporting:
    • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and business teams to integrate competitor insights into the product development process.
    • Produce regular reports on competitor activities, product updates, and market shifts to inform internal stakeholders.
    • Present research findings to senior leaders, product teams, and cross-functional teams to guide product strategy and innovation.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Utilize data analytics tools to monitor and assess competitor product performance, AI model effectiveness, and customer feedback.
    • Evaluate user experience, technological stacks, and AI model maturity of competitors’ solutions.
    • Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify gaps in the market that the company’s AI solutions can exploit.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s/PhD) in Product Management, Strategy, ML& AI or any other relevant field is preferred.
  • Atleast 6 months of experience in product research, market intelligence, or competitive analysis in AI-driven financial services, fintech, or enterprise technology.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate/retail lending processes, enterprise AI, and emerging fintech trends.
  • Proven experience in competitor analysis and market research in AI and financial technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in corporate lending (e.g., credit scoring, loan origination, risk management).
  • Ability to synthesize complex information and trends into clear, concise research reports and recommendations.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis, AI model evaluation, and competitive intelligence frameworks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present research insights to diverse audiences.
  • Familiarity with market research tools, databases, and competitor analysis methodologies (SWOT, PESTLE, etc.).
  • Experience with financial regulations and compliance standards affecting AI products in corporate lending is preferred.
  • Understanding of the AI product development lifecycle and its application in enterprise software solutions is preferred.
