Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive customer acquisition strategies across various customer segments, with an emphasis on over-the-counter (OTC) transactions. Gain a deep understanding of different exchange participants, their trading strategies, and the technology they use.
- Lead the execution of customer acquisition strategies, including oversight of the full pipeline—scoping, pitching, onboarding, and negotiating terms.
- Leverage the established technology platform and client network to secure new business, focusing on exchange and OTC opportunities.
- Design pricing strategies tailored to each customer segment, with a focus on OTC transactions to drive overall exchange volume.
- Collaborate closely with the OSL marketing team to develop targeted campaigns, events, and materials that boost exchange volumes, especially within OTC markets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the financial or cryptocurrency industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, and the crypto exchange market.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Results-oriented with a strong history of meeting or exceeding business development goals.
- Self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Successful track record in growing and managing a client base.
- Strong understanding of compliance and operational requirements within a regulated environment.
