We’re looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Growth Marketing Lead to drive digital user acquisition and campaign strategies across global markets. This role is ideal for someone with experience managing large-scale marketing initiatives, particularly within fintech or high-growth internet companies. You'll play a key role in scaling user growth through integrated campaigns, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration — all while ensuring alignment with product, compliance, and market-specific trading behaviors.
Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning and Execution of Growth Campaigns
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of digital growth campaigns targeting specific overseas markets (e.g. cold-start markets, conversion-focused initiatives).
- Develop and manage full-funnel marketing strategies — from user acquisition and activation to retention and funded account conversion.
- Design and roll out integrated marketing campaigns across platforms (Mobile App, Web, Email, Social Media, etc.) aligned with regulatory standards and trading behaviour in each region.
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Campaign Launch
- Coordinate closely with product, compliance, tech, and regional teams to ensure timely and compliant campaign rollouts.
- Oversee campaign budgeting and implementation, including bonus/credit structures, cashback mechanics, and referral promotions tailored for CFD clients.
- Ensure campaigns support business KPIs such as First-Time Deposits (FTD), Funded Accounts, and Notional Volume.
3. Performance Optimisation and Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyse user behaviour and trading patterns to segment audiences and tailor campaign messaging.
- Use A/B testing and attribution modelling to refine campaigns and maximise ROI.
- Continuously monitor, report, and optimise campaign performance based on trading metrics and user lifecycle data.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in user growth or campaign management, with a proven track record of scaling marketing initiatives for platforms with over 100 million users.
- Strong background in high-impact campaigns such as large-scale e-commerce promotions, payments growth initiatives, or government-subsidised marketing programs.
- Prior experience in major internet companies (e.g. Pinduoduo, Meituan, Alibaba, TikTok, Grab) as a core team member in growth or major campaign teams.
- Strong understanding of CFD products, client segmentation (leads, traders, high-volume clients), and financial regulations across regions.
- Proficiency in SQL and/or Python to analyse campaign data, user behaviour, and channel effectiveness
