The Company

Our client, within the fintech industry, is currently looking to hire an accountant to join their finance team.

The Role

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be tasked with handling month end closing activities for the group. Responsibilities include AP and AR such as processing supplier invoices and expense claims, processing payments, petty cash management, billing, monthly accruals, intercompany reconciliation, liaising with auditors and tax agents, GST submission, preparing reports such as balance sheet, P&L.

Your Profile

You should have a degree in accounting and finance or its equivalent and bring along with you 5 years of relevant experience. You have the ability to work independently, has good time management skills, are well organized and a team player. You are proficient in excel and has good initiative and communication skills. Prior experience in SUN system will be advantageous.
