About Our Client

Our client is one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges globally with a strong presence in Asia, especially Singapore. Aiming to bring the best digital customer journey and experience to its users around the world, they are looking to hire a CPO - Crypto/Internet/Fintech who will be working closely with the other senior stakeholders, work in a high-growth, fast-moving startup environment and set up best product practices. They are looking for an experienced Product Leader with strong expertise in internet/tech/fintech/crypto companies who has led large teams.The role is based in Singapore.

Job Description

The CPO - Crypto/Internet/Fintech will work alongside the product team to develop compelling product strategies and vision for the entire product strategy of the company from ideation and through development. You will need to be a superb communicator to work with and influence with stakeholders and come in from a product viewpoint on how the company can achieve their business goals. As one of the most senior person within the company, you will be responsible in leading younger members on the team to deliver world-class solutions and introduce best practices to the team.

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate must have the following:

• 15 or more years' of experience in the product management and development in Internet / fintech companies
• Have worked in high growth companies, working with ambiguity and managing large product teams
• Ability to manage internal stakeholders across seniorities and functions
• Quantitative and analytical skills; make good data-driven decisions
• Deep understanding of fintech/crypto/internet ecosystems
