Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Sales and Marketing team.
• Ensure exceptional client service to enhance the overall investor experience.
• Analyze and optimize client data and conversions.
• Support and execute new business development initiatives on a global scale.
• Expand the existing client base.
• Prepare and deliver marketing materials and presentations to senior management, investors, and partners.
• Manage and enhance the user experience of Helicap's investor portal platform.
• Coordinate investor events to foster client engagement and satisfaction.

Skills and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the wealth management industry.
• Certified to promote financial products.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and client interfacing skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, passionate, and collaborative team player.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining empathy and resilience.
• Enthusiasm for startup culture and fostering close relationships with colleagues.
• Previous experience in a Fintech lending platform in sales and business development is advantageous.
