What’s The Role?

If so, consider joining the Bloomberg Customer Support (BCS) team - a vital part of our User Support business. In this role, you’ll be supporting the world’s leading financial professionals by helping them gaining access to the Bloomberg’s powerful tools and data, enabling them to make critical decisions in real time.
As an intern, you will work on projects to analyze sophisticated processes and develop innovative solutions to enhance internal workflows and improve the overall efficiency of the Bloomberg Customer Support team. You will gain first insight into how we provide exceptional customer service to a broad range of clients, while ensuring timely and effective management of client workflows and Bloomberg terminal-related hardware/software issues.
Additionally, you will undertake specific tasks which can include: providing outstanding customer service to our clients via the internal ticketing system, phone call, e-mail or live chat; identifying, investigating, and resolving customer issues using proprietary company software; and providing login support and connecting our clients to the various Bloomberg products and platforms they subscribe to. You will work alongside our global team of over 500 professionals, supporting our clients collectively in more than 15 languages.

Completing our 2026 Summer Internship program (10 weeks between May to July 2026) is an integral and important part of assessment process for 2027 Graduate Program.
Internship Program -
This internship offers a unique and exciting opportunity for students eager to gain real-world experience. You will be mentored by experienced Bloomberg Customer Support professionals, and get to expand your skills and opportunities through project involvements related to quality control and idea generation. We will develop your exceptional customer service skills through our training program, covering an introduction to Bloomberg products and services, our clients, a broader insight into global financial markets, general daily inquiries, product setup and hardware, and troubleshooting.
Successful interns may have the opportunity to be offered a permanent full time role in Bloomberg Customer Support team when they graduate in the following year.
Graduate Program -
We provide all new hires an 8 week long training program, which covers aspects such as an introduction to Bloomberg products and services, our clients, a broader insight into global financial markets, general daily inquiries, product setup and hardware, and troubleshooting.

You'll need to have:
- Business proficiency and fluency in English and Mandarin to support respective clients
- Up to 2 years of full time work experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate thought process clearly (both written and oral)
- Demonstrated interest in financial markets or technology, with the aspiration to grow in financial/fintech services industry (example: degree major, work/internships or extracurricular activities)
- Exposure to customer support or stakeholder engagement of various profiles through school, work/internships or extracurricular activities
- Willingness to learn new technologies and ability to retain and apply new information
- Excellent attention to detail, with an aptitude for working quickly and accurately under pressure
- Effective multi-tasking and problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a larger global team
- An interest in starting a career with Bloomberg
We’d love to see:
- Curiosity to identify, research, and resolve customer technology, software and hardware issues
- Awareness of data management, privacy and information security
- Aptitude to work within highly connected and software-based systems
You'll need to be:
- Currently enrolled in a university with a graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
- Available to work for the whole duration of 10 weeks during 18 May to 24 July 2026
