Jr Data Scientist

JD:

Model Development and Analysis:

· Dive into real-world data to design and develop machine learning models for credit scoring, risk assessment, fraud detection, and more

· Support the calibration of model parameters and the optimisation of business logic

· Ensure models provide meaningful, actionable insights that help drive key business decisions

Data Exploration and Insights:

· Analyse datasets to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for improving existing models, scorecards, and processes

· Collaborate with the team to create automated reports and dashboards that track how models are performing and provide valuable insights to stakeholders

Model Infrastructure and Automation:

· Maintain and improve the infrastructure supporting the development, deployment, and production lifecycle of machine learning models

· Participate in automating workflows for tasks like model training, validation, and monitoring

Requirements

· 1-3 years of experience in data science or related fields.

· Proven experience as a model developer in machine learning and statistical analysis projects

· Familiarity with programming languages like Python and SQL

· Interest and experience in fintech and credit modelling is a bonus
