Senior Product Manager

About the role:

The candidate will work closely with the founding team to define, design, and develop the product offerings for business partners and internal usage. This is a challenging yet rewarding role for visionary product professionals to shape their career.

• You will work with cross-functional teams and contribute to the craft of product strategy, development, and launch of new products and features, GTM , and other current product offerings such as checkout and payment products.
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and feedback to evolve our product offerings continuously.
• Collaborate closely with multiple product and business stakeholders to drive alignment and prioritization, keeping customer value as a top priority.
• Work with our external partners for win-win outcomes
• Proactively identify gaps in the product, processes, and market to lead the effort in building relevant solutions that drive business value
• Work closely with a team of engineers, architects, designers, ops team to deliver excellence and set the high-level mission, vision, and roadmap for the platform and the team
• Incorporate feedback from consumers, data, market intelligence, research, competitor analysis, and design features/functionalities always to keep miles ahead of the competition
• Gather post-launch client feedback, measure performance, and quickly capture leanings to adapt the product.

About your experience:

• 3-5 years full-time working experience in a product role, preferred experience with lending or payment products
• Strong business acumen and able to build a knowledge base quickly
• Able to work independently, data-driven, analytical and think systematically
• Result-oriented and excited about finding solutions to complex problems
• Interpersonal skills and ability to influence—ability to interpret complex data and articulate to stakeholders for their buy-in
• Enjoys working in a cross-functional, dynamic environment and support fellow team members in the achievement of their goals
• Able to manage multiple complex projects at various stages of product development simultaneously
• Able to connect the dots across our ecosystem of products and craft GTM strategies with users at the center
• Experience understanding and solutions with APIs; be bold in getting into the depth of engineering solutions and data analysis.
• Thrives in an unstructured and fast-paced environment and learns voraciously.
