Technical Delivery Leader ( C-Suite stakeholders)

We are hiring on behalf of a hyper-growth financial firm for a Technical Project Delivery Leader role, responsible for driving high-impact initiatives and collaborating with C-suite stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Engage and influence C-suite stakeholders, providing clear project insights, risk assessments, and decision-making support.
• Oversee cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration between business, technology, and regulatory functions.
• Drive operational efficiency and process optimization, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management are embedded into project planning and execution.
• Partner with global teams to align regional and enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Technical Skills:

• Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-premise infrastructure.
• KYC/Compliance domain expertise, including AML, fraud detection, and regulatory compliance solutions.
• Project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Experience in cloud automation, DevOps, and process optimization methodologies.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience in project delivery, program management, or business transformation within financial services or fintech.
• Direct client-facing experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage, influence, and manage C-suite stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
• Expertise in process optimization, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.
