Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and visionary Head, Ecosystem & Solutions Development to execute our global partnership strategy. This role goes beyond traditional business development; you will be the cornerstone of our market presence, responsible for developing deep, strategic, and enduring partnerships that form the foundation of our ecosystem. You will not only be a master relationship builder but also a key solutions consultant, providing end-to-end solutions consultancy to our partners' end customers, ensuring the full value of our self service and vending platform is realized and driving mutual growth.

You will own the entire partner lifecycle—from identifying and sourcing key strategic partners to negotiating complex agreements and fostering long-term, revenue-generating relationships. Your primary focus will be on forging and nurturing transformative alliances with Financial Institutions (FIs) and self-service/vending operators, leveraging our PaaS platform to create new business models and redefine the customer experience from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Vision: Develop and own the comprehensive partnership roadmap, targeting FIs and self-service operators to drive platform adoption, revenue, and ecosystem growth.
  • Ecosystem Strategy & Partnership Development: Develop and own the comprehensive partnership roadmap. Proactively identify, cultivate, and secure strategic partnerships with key FIs and self-service operators, building a robust and loyal ecosystem.
  • End-to-End Solutions Consultancy: Act as a trusted advisor to both partners and their key end customers. Lead the design and presentation of complete, tailored solutions that address specific business challenges, leveraging our PaaS capabilities to their fullest.
  • Full-Cycle Partnership Management: Lead all aspects of the partnership lifecycle, from initial prospecting and due diligence to negotiation, signing, and post-deal growth management.
  • Deal Execution: Structure, negotiate, and close complex, multi-year commercial and technology partnership agreements, with a focus on platform integration and API-based business models.
  • Relationship Cultivation: Build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations and their strategic end customers, acting as a primary point of contact and trusted advisor on platform capabilities.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate internally with Product and Engineering to champion partner-driven and end-customer requirements, ensuring our PaaS platform remains the leading solution in the market.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a strategic partnerships, business development, or solutions consultancy role within the FinTech or Payments technology sector.
  • Proven track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing strategic deals with Financial Institutions and/or large-scale self-service/vending operators.
  • Direct experience with a Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) model, specifically in the context of self-service, vending, or IoT commerce.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide end-to-end solutions consultancy, translating complex platform capabilities into compelling business value for partners and their end customers.
  • Deep understanding of payment processing, card schemes, platform APIs, and the technical architecture that underpins modern financial and vending services.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related technical/quantitative field.
  • Exceptional business acumen, with demonstrated analytical and financial modeling skills to build compelling business cases for platform partnerships.
