Head of Asia/Business Operations

Job Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in the financial markets, consultancy firms covering financial institutes or fintech industries
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science or Related field
• Experience and knowledge in various financial products
• Strategic mindset - ability to define and execute regional strategies that align with broader organizational objectives
• Proven leadership skills, preferably across a well-diversified team and multi-departmental set-up
• Relationship management skills are essential
• Team enablement: fosters team empowerment through trust-based delegation, coaching and mentoring
• Have to work closely with Chinese-speaking stakeholders
• Experience in selling of services and products to securities firm, state-owned entities financial institutes is a plus point
• Detail oriented, process driven
• Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Description

• Candidate will require to maintain and build strong relationship with key networks, including brokers, exchanges and other financial institutes.
• Develop and implement regional strategies that are well aligned with the company’s goal
• Managing the operations of the business within the area, thus achieving the company financial objective and targets
• Steer Sales performance and optimize overall organizational performance
• Work with the top management of the company to ensure corporate goal alignment
• Provide strategies, insights and recommendation from the Asia market perspective
