Software Consultant

• Participates in the design, development, testing, and deployment of software components in banking domain.
• Conduct regular code reviews and ensure compliance with security and quality standards.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior development teams.
• Coordinate with regional HQ and local teams to ensure alignment on architecture,processes, and timelines.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the software stack.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in the banking or financial services domain.
• Proven experience in the full software development lifecycle, including design,development, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial for interacting with customers, building relationships, and effectively presenting solutions
• Knowledge about AI and Fintech.
