Senior Finance Manager

Gprnt (pronounced “Greenprint”) is a green disclosure and data fintech launched by the Monetary of Authority of Singapore (“MAS”), with a focus on helping businesses worldwide unlock their ESG data, transition business models, and maximise their economic gains in the green economy. We launched our inaugural platform offerings – an automated Disclosure tool, and a value-added Marketplace offering — at the 2024 Singapore Fintech Festival, and more recently announced our rollout of a nationwide utility to power all Singapore businesses’ sustainability reporting needs.

This role is pivotal to our journey as we scale, offering the chance to work closely with our leadership team, own financial operations end-to-end, and play a key role in our fundraising efforts (Series A and beyond). What you’ll Do

Financial Strategy & Growth Planning

• Take charge of our financial roadmap—own budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning to power our next growth phase.
• Build and refine dynamic financial models that help us evaluate funding opportunities and navigate growth scenarios.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure our financial strategies align with bold company objectives.

Investor Relations & Fundraising

• Create crisp, data-driven financial updates and dashboards that tell our story to the Board and investors.
• Play a hands-on role in our Series A and beyond fundraising journey—drive due diligence, manage data rooms, and craft compelling investor narratives.

Operational Finance & Controls

• Lead all things finance: accounting, payroll, AP/AR, compliance, and reporting.
• Streamline and scale internal controls, processes, and policies to match the pace of our ambitions.

Grants & Compliance

• Own the lifecycle of government grants—applications, audits, and reporting—maximising funding opportunities.
• Stay ahead of compliance deadlines and requirements, ensuring accuracy and reliability every step of the way.

Team Development

• Set the stage for future growth by assessing needs and building a lean, high-impact finance team as we scale.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. Bonus points if you’re a CPA, CA, or CFA
• 8+ years of finance experience, blending startup hustle with corporate finance sophistication.
• Proven success navigating fundraising journeys, from seed rounds to Series A and beyond, with a knack for board-level engagement.
• Familiarity with startup operations, SaaS metrics (if relevant), and ESG reporting is a strong plus.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
• A proactive ownership mentality, high integrity, and sharp business acumen are a must.
