Solution Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance technology solutions that align with our business objectives and adhere to enterprise architecture standards. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in full-stack development, AI/ML solutions, cloud computing, microservices, and DevOps practices. This role requires a strong technical leader capable of hands-on architecture design, driving digital transformation initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Architecture & Design

• Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end enterprise solutions across multiple domains, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
• Develop microservices-based architectures, API gateways, and cloud-native applications using Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and Python.
• Define architecture roadmaps, best practices, and technology standards that align with business goals and priorities.
• Implement AI/ML-driven automation and predictive analytics solutions using TensorFlow, PyTorch, Pandas, and NLP frameworks.

2. Technology Leadership & Strategy

• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend scalable, innovative solutions that enhance business capabilities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, DevOps, and data science teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML, cloud, and security.
• Define and promote best practices for cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines.

3. DevOps & Cloud Architecture

• Architect secure, cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or GCP, focusing on serverless computing and infrastructure automation.
• Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, and infrastructure as code (IaC) using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Terraform.
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards, including ADFS (SSO), OAuth, and API security best practices.

4. Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership

• Partner with business leaders, product managers, and development teams to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Provide technical mentorship to engineering teams, guiding them in adopting best practices for software development and AI-driven automation.
• Conduct technology assessments, proof-of-concepts (PoCs), and architectural reviews to validate proposed solutions and ensure alignment with business needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in solution architecture, with hands-on expertise in cloud technologies, microservices, DevOps, and AI/ML solutions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, GCP, and cloud-native application architectures.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps automation tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Terraform, etc.
• Expertise in AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Pandas.
• A strong track record in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

Postgraduate degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.

•

Experience in Fintech, Government agencies, or large-scale enterprise projects.

•

Exposure to blockchain technologies and digital transformation initiatives.
