Job Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced software developer with 10+ years of hands-on coding experience to take the lead in designing and building our core systems. We don’t care about academic qualifications — we care about skill, experience, and the ability to solve real-world problems. You should be confident in handling complex technical challenges, writing clean and robust code, and optimizing large-scale systems for performance and stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of core systems, including backend services, API architecture, and system integrations

• Own technical decision-making, technology stack selection, and end-to-end delivery of mission-critical projects

• Write clean, maintainable, high-performance code and act as a hands-on contributor in the team

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams throughout the development lifecycle

• Identify system bottlenecks and lead efforts in performance tuning and database optimization

• Create and maintain high-quality documentation, reusable modules, and architectural blueprints

• Mentor junior developers and play a key role in improving the team’s engineering practices and technical standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of real-world software development experience

• Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Go, Java, Python, Node.js, TypeScript)

• Deep understanding of microservices architecture, API design, caching, message queues, and fault tolerance

• Proven experience with high-concurrency or large-scale distributed systems

• Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and ability to tune them for performance

• Familiarity with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines

• Strong attention to engineering best practices, code quality, and testability

• Comfortable working in Linux environments and handling deployments

• Awareness of common security vulnerabilities and best practices to mitigate them
