Product Manager (Trading platforms)

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for trading platforms (web and mobile).
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading features including order management, execution, risk controls, and reporting.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, compliance, and business stakeholders to deliver secure and scalable trading solutions.
• Gather and prioritize requirements from traders, clients, and internal teams.
• Conduct competitor research and market analysis to ensure product competitiveness.
• Drive data-driven decisions by designing dashboards and analyzing trading metrics.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory, risk, and compliance requirements across trading workflows.
• Provide production support and continuously improve user experience, performance, and operational processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in product management for trading platforms or fintech.
• Strong understanding of trading workflows (equities, derivatives, FX, or digital assets).
• Experience in order management systems (OMS), execution management systems (EMS), or exchange/trading infrastructure.
• Skilled in writing user stories, wireframing, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiar with risk controls, compliance requirements, and reconciliation processes.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to track KPIs and optimize product performance.
