Digital Product Manager

Role:

• You will serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, technology teams, compliance, and external vendors to define product vision, prioritize requirements, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet regulatory standards and enhance client experience.
• Leveraging your deep domain expertise and strategic mindset, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, manage risks, and champion agile product management practices to optimize the client lifecycle and enable the bank’s growth objectives.

Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; PMP certification is highly desirable
• 10 to 15+ years of overall experience in banking, financial services, or fintech, with a focus on client onboarding/lifecycles, and wealth management.
• At least 5 to 7 years in product ownership or product management roles, preferably within Client Lifecycle Management, KYC/AML or related domains
• Deep understanding & experience of Client Onboarding process in the banking or financial services industry
