What You’ll Do

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to a global client base, from onboarding through ongoing operations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, relationship management, and issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and workflow-related issues during onboarding and production phases
  • Diagnose hardware, connectivity, and application performance challenges across platforms including Windows and MacOS
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve unresolved software or technical problems
  • Conduct platform testing, including regression testing across various products and services
  • Support client “go-live” phases by addressing connectivity and technical setup for a Java-based client application
  • Stay current with platform developments and ensure clients are informed about updates and best practices
  • Participate in a global 24/7 support model, including rotational weekend coverage, to maintain round-the-clock service

What You Bring

  • A degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience in a technical support role
  • Solid grasp of IT fundamentals
  • At least 2 years of experience supporting trading system applications
  • Prior experience in client services or support roles within FX, trading, or treasury environments is highly advantageous
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical topics in simple, client-friendly language
  • A proactive, self-driven work ethic and a natural curiosity to dig deep into issues and find effective solutions
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends, to support a true global follow-the-sun service model
