We are looking to hire a People Experience and Operations Executive to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you will be a key player in managing HR operations and ensuring a positive employee experience as part of the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for a wide range of HR duties, including onboarding/offboarding, benefits administration, payroll processing, performance management support, and maintaining accurate employee records. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating a supportive and efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform full spectrum of HR duties including payroll, leave, employee reimbursements, compensation & benefits administration, onboarding & offboarding activities, work pass related activities, etc.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of monthly payroll processing, headcount reporting, and statutory submissions such as CPF, government surveys, etc.
- Submission of government leave grants in accordance with regulations.
- Provide ongoing maintenance of employee data across various digital platforms in accordance with compliance regulations and policies to ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR data for payroll, benefits, leave management and reporting.
- Act as the main contact for employee inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing timely and effective assistance.
- Assist with corporate events such as workshops, employee engagement events etc, contributing to a positive and engaging work environment.
- Assist with general affairs and administrative functions and other ad-hoc tasks as required
Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years of experience in HR Operations
- HRIS proficiency in TIMES Software/Workday and familiarity with payroll systems is a plus
- Strong understanding of Singapore employment laws and regulations (e.g., CPF, Employment Act).
- Highly organized, meticulous and with a high level of drive, integrity and desire to learn
- Numerically inclined with a keen analytical ability to support solutioning by management
- Hands-on and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
- A team player with strong sense of responsibility & project management skills.
- Cheerful, pleasant personality with good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- A dynamic and adaptable individual who works well in a multi-cultural working environment
- Comfortable and competent working with generative AI tools
