Technician, Test

We’re looking to add a Technician, Test in GES, Marsiling.

As a Technician, Test, You will:

• Support the setup and operation of different machines, running and monitoring the output.
• Learn the manufacturing process in great detail, testing and troubleshooting at an appropriate level and provide support to the technical operator/operator if/when they are not able to correct the problem.
• Help in monitoring and checking of the product quality as they will be responsible for identifying when the process is deviating from the norm and taking action to correct it.
• Assist in maintaining an accurate and clear documentation that proves that manufacturing is being carried out in accordance with both internal and external quality systems or regulations.
• Keep equipment in good working order by performing regular inspection and cleaning.
• Must exhibit composure in stressful situations and take action to restore calm if job appropriate.
• Lead the technical operators/operator in all the Production Line.
• Support the Engineers if required during the technical operator’s/operator on the Job Training.
• Focus passionately on customer needs, and drive the performance business with the highest degree of integrity and trust.
• Support the counting of materials during inventory.
• Other responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.

What skills and experiences are we looking for :

• NTC2/3 in Electronics or Mechanical
• At least 2 years experienced in Manufacturing of medical device or electronic products
• Must have good hands-on experience with hand tools
• Understanding of production costs to include waste, downtime, reject due to workmanship and re-work
• Experience in troubleshooting and repair an advantage
• Should exert sound judgement, discretion and preserve confidentiality
