Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic leader with deep expertise in project delivery, product strategy, and go-to-market execution across enterprise SaaS and financial technology sectors. This role blends commercial acumen with delivery excellence, requiring a strong background in managing complex client engagements, shaping product roadmaps, and scaling solutions across APAC, Europe, India, and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Management & Strategy
• Define and drive product vision, roadmap, and go-to-market strategy in alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, sales, and marketing) to prioritize features and enhance product-market fit.
• Serve as a key liaison between client-facing teams and product development, translating business requirements into technical specifications.
• Influence product innovation through insights gathered from client engagements, competitive analysis, and market feedback.
Project & Program Management
• Lead full project lifecycle from planning and resource allocation to delivery and post-implementation support across multiple regions.
• Develop and maintain robust project management frameworks (Agile/Scrum and Waterfall) for successful delivery of enterprise software solutions.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and to the highest standards, across clients in banking, asset management, and fintech sectors.
• Build scalable delivery processes that support both enterprise clients and early-stage implementations.
Client & Stakeholder Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for strategic client engagements, ensuring delivery satisfaction and long-term success.
• Work with enterprise clients across APAC and MEA to scope and execute complex implementation programs, including data infrastructure and compliance solutions (e.g., IFRS 9).
• Navigate multi-stakeholder environments and regulatory contexts to ensure delivery alignment and risk mitigation.
Commercial & Strategic Initiatives
• Support go-to-market planning for new solutions by aligning delivery capabilities with regional market needs.
• Engage in early-stage opportunity shaping, including RFP responses, pricing strategy, and partnership development.
• Identify opportunities to extend the value chain through integrations, alliances, and platform enhancements.
Key Qualifications:
• 15+ years of experience across project/program management, product management, and enterprise SaaS delivery
• Proven track record leading cross-border client implementations in financial services (e.g., banking, wealthtech, regtech, asset management)
• Strong expertise in Agile project delivery, stakeholder communication, and cross-functional team leadership
• Experience managing product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing, positioning, and user feedback loops
• Familiarity with financial infrastructure, data platforms, and enterprise-grade software environments
• Strong commercial instincts with the ability to translate delivery and product strategy into business impact
Desirable Attributes:
• Background in IFRS9, operational risk systems, or enterprise compliance solutions
• Experience scaling fintech products through partnerships and ecosystem collaborations
• Prior involvement in product builds for cloud-based platforms (e.g., predictive tools, robo-advisory solutions)
